Wood Shoppe 2.0
Heirloom American craft that’s built to last.
We specialize in small-batch hardwood pieces designed to be held, displayed, and passed down.
Why Wood Shoppe 2.0 exists.
Wood Shoppe 2.0™ was created to build objects with weight—physical weight, material integrity, and meaning.
We work in solid hardwoods. We design deliberately. We combine modern precision with patient hand finishing to create pieces that don’t chase trends or seasons.
These are not decorations.
They are objects meant to stay.
Every piece begins with a question.
What is this meant to stand for?
The Heirlooms
These are the only pieces we are focusing on in 2026. Each is designed as a finished work and not a production line experiment and will be announced late January.
How the work is made.
Every Wood Shoppe 2.0 piece is built from solid hardwood selected for character and stability.
We use modern CNC precision for accuracy and repeatability, then slow the process down—sanding, fitting, finishing by hand.
We build in small batches to avoid attention drift.
All finished pieces are made to be touched, not just set on display.
What you’re paying for is time, care, and restraint.
Editions and personal work.
Many of our pieces are available with optional enhancements:
- Dimensional (raised) lettering
- Custom dedication engraving
- Larger diameter or thicker-stock editions
These options are offered sparingly and add lead time. They exist to deepen meaning—not to complicate the work.
If you’re interested in commissioning something personal, let’s talk first.
Where the symbols come from.
Several Wood Shoppe 2.0 pieces are inspired by the Ameriquins™—a collection of symbolic characters created to explore American history, responsibility, and memory through story.
The Ameriquins™ provide the meaning.
Wood Shoppe 2.0 provides the material form.
